Terms of service

Thank you for visiting Paramateria. These Terms of Service are an integral part of using our Service, and in order to use it, you have to agree to them.

Enrollment

You must be no less than 18 years of age to enroll in our course.

The Service is billed in advance, payment needs to be made as a part of your enrollment. There are three steps to follow until your enrollment is completed:

  • Register
    As a first step to enroll you have to register on our website. In order to do so, you need to fill in and submit the registration form on the Paramateria website. You will then receive an e-mail confirming that we have received your form. This e-mail also contains details for the the payment such as our bank account. At this point you have reserved, but not yet booked a place in our course.
  • Payment
    The next step to your enrollment is the payment of the full course fee. The fee is due within 10 days of your registration on our website. If we do not receive your payment within 10 days of your registration, your reservation will be cancelled.
  • Confirmation of Enrollment
    As soon as we have received the payment, we will confirm this to you. With this confirmation, your place in the course is booked for you personally. Now, we will also confirm your enrollment.

Cancellation

  • We will not refund any payments if you cancel your enrollment.
  • We have the right to cancel your enrollment for any reason at any time, though we will strive to provide an explanation in all cases and of course we will do all we can so that this case does not arise.
  • If, for whatever reason, the course is cancelled by us, the enrollment fee will be fully refunded.

Assignment of Rights

An enrollment is for one distinct person and cannot be assigned to another person. You may not assign your rights and/or obligations to any other party without our prior written consent.
